Florida Nurse Caught by Husband Having S*x with Her 15-Year-Old Stepson Loses Medical License

A nurse in Florida named Alexis Von Yates, 35, has lost her nursing license after allegedly having sex with her husband’s 15-year-old son. This situation unfolded over several weeks and has led to criminal charges against her.

Yates's nursing license was revoked while she awaits trial for the alleged statutory rape that occurred in July 2024, when the teenager was visiting his father in Ocala, Florida, for the summer. The Florida Department of Health emphasized that nurses must demonstrate good judgment and moral character. They stated that Yates’s actions showed she lacked both.

On the night of July 26, Yates put her two children to bed and then spent time on the couch with her stepson. While his father was working late, they reportedly used a THC vape, played video games, and watched movies together.

Around 1 a.m., Yates started watching a horror movie and made inappropriate comments to the boy, saying she was “horny” and hadn’t had sex in two weeks. They cuddled, and Yates allegedly encouraged physical intimacy, mentioning that the boy wasn’t old enough for her.

According to reports, they then engaged in sexual activities, including oral sex and intercourse.

When the boy’s father returned home, he found them naked on the couch. The teenager quickly left the house, but he heard Yates say that he resembled his father when he was younger. Upset, the father drove his son to his grandparents’ house, expressing anger over the situation.

Before the incident, it is alleged that Yates had flirted with the boy in various ways, including making suggestive comments at the gym and during other interactions. In the days leading up to the incident, she frequently discussed being “horny” with him.

The day after the alleged encounter, Yates reportedly called the boy, wishing they could have continued their sexual activities without being caught. She even asked him to rate her performance, to which he responded with a “seven out of ten.”

A concerned family member reported the incident to the police after the boy’s father did not. Yates was arrested in November and is facing felony charges for lewd or lascivious battery involving a minor. She has pleaded not guilty.
